This Cookie Policy explains how CharaSync ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on charasync.com (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include browser local storage, which stores data in your browser rather than sending it to a server. We use both, as described below. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The exact names and durations may vary as our providers update their services. The Site is dark-themed by default and stores a small amount of non-identifying state (such as your theme) in local storage.
When you make a payment, you are taken to a checkout page operated by our payment processor, Creem (acting as Merchant of Record), which sets its own cookies on its own domain to process the transaction securely. If the support chat (Crisp) is enabled, it sets cookies to operate the chat. These third parties control those cookies under their own policies. Your prompts and uploads are processed by the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy, but that processing does not rely on cookies on your device.
